- Orders are processed automatically as soon as payment is confirmed.
- Processing time: 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
- International Shipping: 7-14 business days (varies by location)

3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated tracking email with a link to track your package in real time.
- If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.
5. Address & Shipping Issues
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- Barbers No 1 is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will need to cover the reshipping fee.
6. Delayed or Missing Orders
- If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link.
- If there are no updates after 5 business days, contact our support team for assistance.
7. International Shipping
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
- Delays due to customs are beyond our control.
