2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days (varies by location)

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated tracking email with a link to track your package in real time.
  • If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.

5. Address & Shipping Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • Barbers No 1 is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will need to cover the reshipping fee.

6. Delayed or Missing Orders

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link.
  • If there are no updates after 5 business days, contact our support team for assistance.

7. International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
  • Delays due to customs are beyond our control.
